Second Quality Gear
These are products that have either been purchased and returned or came from the factory with minor defects that did not pass our intensive 1st quality standards. Examples of this are top sheet misalignment or blemishes, imperfect bases, colorway inconsistency on boots/bindings, and inconsistencies with channel location and stance reference points. The integrity, safety, workmanship of these products is no less than our 1st quality products. We will stand behind them with our best in class manufacture warranty.
Open Box Gear
These are products that have been previously sold and have been returned, but not used. These products have been moved into the Open Box category due to minor cosmetic defects from packaging damage. These products are still covered under our normal warranty policy but cannot be warrantied for cosmetic blemishes. The integrity of these products is no less than our 1st quality products and we will stand behind them. Examples of these are Helmets, Goggles, First Layer otherwise in perfect condition.
